Lastly, the room had a lovely view over a dilapidated trailer park with chained dogs which barked constantly. Only two lights in the entire room, one of which was directly over the bed and could not be operated side by side….it was all on or all off. Some goo was attached to the bedside table. Toilet was so old it only cleared about 15” off the floor and took several times to flush. The beds were made poorly, e.g., sheets not tucked in. It smelled of cigarette smoke, even though it was a no-smoking room. It was by no means luxurious, in fact had less furnishings than a roadside motel. We booked here for a “resort getaway” and to play golf at neighboring Sequoyah National. This is a review of the hotel and restaurants.
